Hats must be worn, as the rule “no hat, no play” applies.
All children are to dress in the correct school uniform at all times. Sports uniforms are only permitted on the days the students have PE and on Friday. Preps and Year 1 students only wear the sport uniform.
Hair is to be cut or managed to be out of the face/eyeline and secured at the back if longer than the collar. Irregular hair cut lines (e.g. tracks) are not permitted for any student.
No other earrings rather than a simple gold or silver studs or sleepers are permitted. Nail polish and makeup should not be worn at any time.
Second Hand Uniforms – The Mater Dei Clothing Pool for second hand school uniforms operates during alternate times to accomodate our community, please see the Calendar or contact the office for opening times. We are fortunate to have parent volunteers open the clothing pool for us, and they can be found in the room located directly below the school office during these times.
Donations of official school uniforms can be brought to the Clothing Pool or left with the school office. Please ensure clothing is in good condition with no holes or tears, missing buttons, large stains or pulled hems. The Clothing Pool is no longer accepting donations of the old sports tracksuit, or polos or spray jackets with the old logo. Thank you for helping us to provide our community with great pre-loved uniform options.
All new uniforms are available from Hannas in Ruthven Street, Toowoomba.
